Our Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Excluded Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items and products that are intimate, hazardous, or flammable. Additional non-returnable items include digital downloads and gift cards.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@werocklanguages.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for more expensive items, but cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
